What the system will do

- Forward emails containing specific keywords (configurable)
- Generate AI draft replies for human review
- Save attachments to Google Drive, organized by client
- Create Google Calendar events from detected date and time
- Apply and remove Gmail labels for organization
- Summarize long email threads using AI
- Maintain a full audit trail in Google Sheets
What the system will not do
- Achieve perfect classification — AI errors will occur and require human review
- Function with personal Gmail accounts — Google Workspace is required
- Send fully autonomous replies without your oversight
- Automatically delete emails unless explicitly configured as a final step
